FAQ
About Our Internet Radio Station
We are running broadcasts of an all-Australian internet radio station which is proving to be a great new resource to promote Aussie music and artists. As we all know, it has become very hard to get original Australian music onto mainstream radio networks. We hope to make it a little easier for Aussie acts to be heard, not just in Australia, but worldwide via the internet.
Who is running this thing?
The Australian Internet Radio Station is run by Mark Gibson, the creator of Australian Music History, Music Business Masterclass and Improve Your Music. What do I get out of it? At the moment nothing! In fact, it costs quite a bit to set up something like this with no guarantee of any return. I eventually hope to build the content and the listener numbers up to a point where we can attract advertisers, but at the moment I’m are absorbing all costs.
What do we play?
Just about anything really, as long as the recording is of decent enough quality. It needs to be original, Australian music that you own your own copyright to and that’s about it. If you think you’d like to have your songs played on our internet radio station, then simply go here to find out how to get your music to us.
